Standard Disclaimers & Terms
1. Accuracy of Conversions
ConvertExpert provides all 53 browser utilities on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we utilize industry-standard, tested open-source Javascript engines (like pdf-lib, Mammoth, and jsPDF) to ensure the highest visual accuracy, we cannot guarantee that complex formatting, embedded fonts, or custom styling properties in your documents will render identically to native desktop programs. Users are strongly advised to inspect converted files before signing or submission.
2. No-Liability Terms
Under no circumstances shall ConvertExpert, its developer advocates, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data corruption, formatting discrepancies, or utility downtime. Because processing runs entirely on your local CPU and browser engine, file processing limits are determined by your hardware capability.
3. Open Source & Licensing
All client-side libraries used in the assembly of ConvertExpert (such as pdf-lib, pdf.js, Mammoth, marked, Cropperjs) are licensed under their respective MIT or Apache open-source terms. This project respects all developer licenses and supports open web technologies.
